The Israel Airport Authority released an update of projected air traffic for 2020 as a result of the Coronavirus crisis.
The forecast, which stood at 25.5 million passengers prior to the outbreak of the virus is expected to drop by over 1 million passengers, resulting in a new total of just 24 million passengers.
The Airport Authority is reviewing a series of measures to reduce operating expenses including reductions in [training] courses and recruitment of personnel.
