Highway 40 reopens in Ne'ot Hovav area

Highway 40 has reopened at the Ohalim Junction in the Ne'ot Hovav (formerly Ramot Hovav) area fo the Negev, after it was blocked due to the overturning of a truck in which the driver suffered serious injuries.
