A pedestrian of about 60 was hit by a vehicle on Highway 6 near Eyal Interchange.
MDA paramedics evacuated him to Beilinson Hospital in serious condition, with multiple systemic injuries.
MDA senior paramedic Mahmoud Mansour said, "The man was lying on the road, semi-conscious and suffering from injuries to his body. We gave him medical treatment that included dressings and splints and we sent him to hospital under sedation and respiration."
