A resident of the Palestinian Authority village of Ar-Ram, next to the northern Jerusalem neighborhood of Neve Yaakov, has been arrested on suspicion of possessing and trafficking in weapons.
During a search of his home, three M-16 rifles, two handguns, ammunition and large sums of cash were found.
