Counting of special ballots to start Tuesday evening

Director-General Orly Ades of the Central Elections Committee told 103FM radio, Tuesday morning, "There will be a clear picture of the final results toward evening. And then another 300,000 double envelopes of soldiers, prisoners, diplomats, hospital patients and more will be counted."
