Maritime police rescued five children stuck in a boat off the coast of Herzliya at noon.
The unit contacted the boat on which two men and five children aged 4-7 were at the time and provided them with safety instructions and preliminary actions to perform.
At the same time, ae naval policing boat joined the boat about a mile offshore and transported the children to the police boat and from there safely to their families waiting for them at the beach.
