Rabbi Mazuz: 'Mitzvah to vote UTJ'

The spiritual head of Eli Yishai and past spiritual leader of the Yahad list instructed Knesset Members of United Torah Judaism to announce on his behalf that "it's a commandment (mitzva) to vote UTJ."
