Knesset Speaker Yuli Edelstein, who is second on the list of Likud Knesset candidates, told Galei Tzahal radio on Thursday, that he is not party to the Likud's style of saying that Chairman Benny Gantz of the Blue and White Party does not deserve to be prime minister.
However, Edelstein claimed that Gantz is not yet ripe to be prime minister, and his rich military experience is not enough for that, saying, "There are no shortcuts to the prime minister's office and his experience is inappropriate." He expressed the hope that all parties would come together to avoid a fourth election campaign.
