The Justice Ministry is investigating whether the Shabak Israel Security acted properly in the administrative detention of Jewish terror suspect, Elia Ben-David, according to Galei Tzahal radio.
The main argument - the suspect was arrested on an administrative order that was was prepared and signed in advance, minutes after a court decided to release him.
