Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas met with Mohammed Al-Emadi, the Qatari envoy to Gaza on Monday.
The Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation reported the PA minister in charge of relations with Israel, Hussein Ash-Sheikh, was also present.
