Turkey's health minister announced on Sunday that the border with Iran would be closed due to the number of coronavirus cases recorded in Iran.
Iran’s health ministry on Sunday said the death toll from the new coronavirus had risen to eight, with 43 confirmed cases. Turkey has not recorded any cases of the virus.
