Woman accused of murdering friend in Carmiel

An indictment was filed this morning in Haifa District Court against Dina Zlotnik, 31, of Karmiel, for the murder of her friend, Shoshana Manshirov, on the basis of a quarrel between them surrounding the former husband of Manshirov.
