A Russian court fined Facebook four million rubles ($62,922) on Thursday, after the social media giant failed to comply with a Russian data law.
According to RIA, Facebook was fined by the Tagansky District Court in Moscow after the company refused to move its servers which contain data about Russian citizens to Russian territory, violating a Russian data law.
Twitter has also been fined a similar amount for also refusing to comply with the data law.
