France: Israeli sentenced to 2 years for smuggling gat

A 20-year-old Israeli man was sentenced on Wednesday to two years in prison and a €14,000 fine for trying to smuggle 40 kilograms of gat/qat/khat leaves into France.

He was arrested a week ago at an airport in Paris.
