Last August, 17-year Rina Shnerb was murdered by terrorists while hiking near Dolev, a community 17 miles northwest of Jerusalem in the Binyamin sector of Samaria. Rabbi Eitan Shnerb, Rina's father, has asked the judges in this case to destroy the houses of the terrorists involved in order to deter such acts in the future. In so doing, the judges will have shown mercy on the nation of Israel if even one future life is saved through this punitive measure.
