The detainee, a 19-year-old Ariel resident, has not been allowed to meet with an attorney since his arrest 10 days ago. He is suspected of being involved in burning a mosque in the Jerusalem area.
During the hearings, it emerged that the GSS is depriving the detainee of sleep as well as engaging in various other harassments.
