Torah study gets a boost in Tel Aviv

We are now in the final hours of a fund-raising campaign on behalf of Orot Shaul yeshiva in Tel Aviv. The goal of the two rabbis who head the yeshiva is to open a public Beit Midrash or study hall for all the residents of Tel Aviv.
