Terror-balloon cluster near Be'er Sheva

A cluster of balloons attached to an explosive device has been found in an industrial area on the outskirts of Be'er Sheva.

It was neutralized by a police sapper, as was an explosives cluster in the Sdot Negev-region moshav Givolim.
