In light of the cold and the prospect of snow, which still exists during the morning hours, the Jerusalem Municipality announced that school and kindergarten studies will begin at 9 a.m.
The intense cold will continue today and the weather will continue to be cloudy in most parts of the country and very cold. From the north of the country to the Negev, drizzling to light local rainfall is still expected, and in the summits of the northern and central mountains, there may still be light snow.
