Knesset Member Ofir Katz of the Likud who filed a motion to dismiss MK Hiba Yazbak in the elections said this morning following the Supreme Court hearing "It's time for the Supreme Court to quit the exaggerated charitableness with Balad members throughout the ages.
"Recall the Supreme Court reversed the decision of Azmi Bishara's disqualification, who later fled the country because of serious espionage charges. Knesset Member Hiba Yazbak systematically supported terrorists and spies and her place is not in the Knesset," he added.
