An 18-year-old resident of Ariel was arrested by the Shabak Israel Security Agency and police on Monday.

He was taken to an ISA facility in the center of the country and an unusual order preventing him from meeting an attorney was issued. He faces a hearing on Monday morning in the Petach Tikva Magistrate's Court. Meanwhile, the detention of a 20-year-old who was arrested yesterday and also barred from meeting with lawyers has been extended by the Petach Tikva Magistrate's Court until Sunday. Attorney Adi Kedar of the Honenu legal-aid organization has filed an appeal against the decision.
