The families of Dean Shoshani and Stav Harari, who perished in the Tel Aviv elevator disaster, plan to sue the municipality.
A pre-lawsuit letter sent by their lawyer stated that the municipality acted negligently in its preparation for the storm that caused the flood, and neglected the southern area of the city.
