Joint activity by Border Guards and other law enforcement bodies has resulted in the arrest of a Netanya resident in his thirties for illegal raising and abuse of dogs in the Netanya-area moshav of Kfar Haim.
Searching the site, the authorities found 30 different purebred dogs of different breeds that were kept under substandard conditions. It is suspected that the dogs were abused and in addition to the raising of the dogs, the suspect was allegedly involved in breeding the dogs contrary to the law. The dogs were transferred to appropriate veterinary care.
