Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Monday morning took off for one day diplomatic visit to Uganda.
Before departing, Netanyahu said, "Israel is returning to Africa and these are very important ties that will be discussed in the future. I hope that at the end of the day, there will be good news for the State of Israel."
