El Al will allow customers to cancel or change airline tickets to China

El Al has announced that it will allow its customers holding airline tickets to China and Hong Kong, issued as of January 26th to cancel them or change the flight date free of cancellation, change and handling fees by the end of February, following its announcement that it would halt its flights to China due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.
