The Foreign Ministry said in response to reports that Israeli diplomats are considering evacuating from China that "all Israeli delegations in China continue to function normally and are at the service of Israelis staying in the country."
"Diplomat families with children who wanted to extend their Chinese New Year holidays following the postponement of schooling have been granted a permit," the Foreign Ministry statement said.
