Samaria head to PM: 'We won't agree to leaving communities isolated'

Samaria Council head Yossi Dagan told the Prime Minister that he welcomed applying sovereignty in Judea and Samaria but stressed: "We will not accept establishment of a terror state in the heart of the country."
