Surprise party thrown for Rabbi Rafi Peretz

Rabbi Rafi Peretz had no clue a birthday party was being rolled out in his honor. "Each year I'm surprised all over again," admitted Education Minister Rabbi Peretz, who just celebrated his 64th birthday.
