Attorney General Mandelblit today rejected the request by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's lawyers to hand over all the investigative material in the cases against him.
In a letter sent by the Assistant Attorney General, Dr. Gil Limon, he makes it clear to the attorneys that the full investigation materials will only be handed to them when the indictment against the Prime Minister is filed with the court.
Limon noted, however, that even at this stage the core of the investigative material was in their hands and on that basis they made various claims at both the hearing and immunity stage.
