The Israel Electric Company's purchasing department has launched a pilot to stop the use of disposable dishes and cutlery. The division purchased for each one of the 400 staff members personal mugs, on which the employee's name is printed.
The mugs will cater to all types of drinking and will discourage the use of paper or plastic disposable cups.
