Martin Indyk, former United States Special Envoy for Israeli-Palestinian Negotiations and former US ambassador to Israel has reacted to the possible release of the United States peace plan for Israel and Palestinian Authority before the Knesset elections by asking on Twitter, "If the White House is not timing Trump's peace plan to the Israeli elections then what are they timing it to? If they bring it out before the elections, against Gantz's wishes, they are obviously intervening yet again on Bibi's behalf."
