Three adults and a minor being held by the Shabak Israel Security Agency face a hearing at 10 am in the Petach Tikva Magistrates Court.
Two of the detainees first met a lawyer on Wednesday, six days after they were arrested. Another detainee is still barred from meeting a lawyer. ISA investigators extended the special order preventing one of the detainees from meeting a lawyer. An urgent complaint to the unit for checking the complaints of detainees was filed on his behalf, following his complaints to the court that ISA investigators had used violence against him. Other complaints by the detainees will be filed against investigators today.
