The entrance to the city of Nahariya is blocked from all directions and the public is asked not to arrive to the area due to heavy flooding and heavy traffic.
Blocked roads are: From Highway 89 (Hospital towards Nahariya). From Road 4 (Acco-Nahariya Road).
All downtown streets are blocked.
