A three-week-old girl died in her sleep, Tuesday morning, in Beit Shemesh.

United Hatzalah volunteer emergency medical technician Yechiel Rosenberg, who was one of the first responders who was at the scene relayed, "According to the relatives of the child, she took a nap and didn't wake up. We performed CPR on the infant in an attempt to save her life, but unfortunately at the end of a lengthy effort, she was pronounced dead. Due to the nature of the incident, members of the Psychotrauma and Crisis Response Unit were called to help provide emotional and psychological support for the family in the face of this terrible tragedy."
