The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office has filed an indictment against 21-year-old Amir Abu-Laban of Ramle, suspected of running over eight-year-old bicyclist Itai Margi on Yom Kippur in Tel Aviv.
Abu-Laban is charged with manslaughter while light-headed, obstruction of justice, conspiracy to commit a crime, trafficking a dangerous drug and possession of a dangerous drug not for his own use.
