Chairman Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority has reacted to Israel's refusal to allow PA elections in Jerusalem and cut tax transfers to the PA according to the money it pays the families of terrorists.
Abbas said, "We will respond in diplomatic ways, and this will have dire consequences."
