South Korean President: Ready to meet with Kim repeatedly

South Korean President Moon Jae-in said Monday that there is a “desperate need” for practical ways to improve ties with North Korea.

He added that he was ready to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un repeatedly if necessary.
