The Knesset's legal advisor, attorney Eyal Yinon, will recuse himself from involvement in Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's request for parliamentary immunity, Channel 12 reported Monday afternoon.

The report comes after it was revealed that Yinon's wife, Amit Marari, is working on the investigations against Netanyahu as part of the Attorney General's office.

Yinon will recuse himself based on the conflict of interest, the report claimed.
