Prosecutors are expected to file an indictment on Thursday against a 65-year-old resident of the Hevron-area Palestinian Authority town of Idhna, charging him with committing indecent acts on a 14-year-old Kiryat Gat girl.
Until his arrest, was a maintenance worker in the building where the girl lives.
