In a post on Twitter, MK Avi Nissenkorn (Blue & White) attacked Netanyahu's request for immunity, writing:
"Netanyahu tonight became the enemy of Israeli democracy. I urge the Speaker of the Knesset to respect his status and to allow the convening of the regular committee. We must set up the Knesset Committee to discuss the request for immunity immediately. The Knesset is not a shelter city!"
