The Blue and White Party responded to the Knesset Speaker's announcement that he would agree to convene the regular committee for the establishment of a Knesset committee to discuss the prime minister's immunity only in an orderly process.
"Edelstein's answer is a shameful attempt to prevent the Knesset from discussing Netanyahu's request for immunity. We did not believe that the Knesset Speaker would take advantage of his state status to make the Israeli Knesset a sanctuary city," Blue & White said.
