Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas today (Tuesday) attacked the Cabinet's decision to deduct the payment of funds paid to terrorists.
"The issue of prisoners and martyrs is a red line for us and we will never negotiate. We will continue to pay the family allowance as has been the case so far - even if it is our last thing, "he said.
