Chairman Amir Peretz of the Labor-Gesher Party explained, Tuesday morning, why he does not want his party to run together with the Democratic Union Party in the upcoming Knesset election.
Interviewed by Galei Tzahal radio, Peretz said, "Unions are not made out of a sense of survival, but of values and ideology. According to our checks, unions only lower the number of voters than if we all run alone."
