Member of Knesset Yair Golan is expected to remain third on the Democratic Union list for the next Knesset, according to Haaretz.
Negotiating teams from the Meretz Party and Golan's Yisrael Democrati (Democratic Israel) Party reached basic understandings on Monday about a continued joint run. A person involved in the talks said, "The agreement has not yet been signed, but I do not see any problems. We have agreements on all issues and there is a desire for cooperation."
