Two young men in their 20s were critically wounded in a shooting at the entrance to Ibtin, east of Haifa, in the Galilee Monday. Ibtin is a Bedouin town near the Jewish town of Kfar Hasidim.
A third victim was moderately wounded in the shooting.
MDA and United Hatzalah emergency first responders evacuated the two critically wounded victims to Haifa's Rambam Hospital.
United Hatzalah volunteer EMT Moshe Auerbach who was one of the first responders at the scene in Ibtin relayed: "Together with other EMS personnel I treated the two injured men at the entrance to Kfar Ibtin for their injuries. Following initial treatment in the field the injured men were transported to the hospital, one was in critical condition the other was in serious-to-critical condition."
