The Muslim accused of murder and rape of Ori Ansbacher in Jerusalem, Arafat Arpa'iya, refused to confess during a hearing in the Jerusalem District Court, despite the fact that his defense attorney Riyad Sawad told the judge the defendant confessed to the act.
The court ruled to hold another hearing on January 8.
