Orly, the widow of Amos Sa'ar, who was murdered on Wednesday in the Har Homa neighborhood of Jerusalem, spoke about the murder suspect on Army Radio on Thursday morning.
"Three days ago we saw this neighbor and he told Amos that he will murder him, that he will bring about his death. He is mentally unstable and Amos always tried to judge him favorably."
