A three-year-old girl, suffering from background illnesses, has died of flu after being hospitalized earlier this week at Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer.
Another three-year-old girl is in serious condition at the hospital and a man in his forties has been hospitalized in serious condition. The Ministry of Health has called on the population to come and be vaccinated against the flu, expressing concern over the increase in the number of severe cases and the low vaccination rate. There has been a significant increase in flue cases compared to the same period last year.
