An indictment has been filed against 27-year-old Michal Ozeri of Ashalim, charging her with negligent homicide in the death of her 17-year-old nephew in a car accident.
The indictment indicates that Ozeri drove her nephew and another minor to their home as they sat on the hood of the vehicle in a way that endangered their safety. At one point, her nephew fell and was run over by the vehicle.
