Jewish residents of the Beit Bakri building in the Tel Rumeida neighborhood of Hevron will be forced to move out in 45 day after living there more than 20 years, after a district court dismissed their appeal, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
The residents claimed they properly purchased the property while the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria and the police claimed their documentation was forged. The Jewish community in Hevron said in response, "There may still be developments. We will study the ruling and act accordingly."
